What a brilliant post! I think too many people are dependent on AI for a lot of things, but they never truly realise one thing about it, it's just one big mirror of what you put in. It will never challenge your ideas or help make you them stronger unless you change how you speak and think about using AI. If I had a business I would definitely answer your question at the bottomπ But something I thought of was how business leaders could use it to help with their assumptions about employees in terms of happiness, and retention
that's a super cool idea! but where would the AI get its info? My fear is it would spit back generic HR-approved advice. Can't imagine most leaders taking the time to feed it actual info from their employees, plus those employees actually wanting to share haha.
You are explaining your version of what I'm documenting across the AI innovator space. The 4 phases of General Intelligence (GI).
Inquiry -> Expansion -> Friction -> Synthesis.
This is what I'm seeing over and over (fractally). Everyone has their unique spin to the process (we are all pioneers afterall so we do it our own, independent way). But it's becoming very clear to me that these 4 stages are universal in u locked AIs true transformative power.

But I'd love for this to happen!
Great article, I restacked.

Thx u for sharing!
Awesome way to synthesize it! Thanks for sharing too :)
Np! I'm small but mighty :) happy to share innovators who get it.
We will survive this and thrive. I have no doubt. AI is to the mind, what the industrial revolution was to muscle.
Obsidian ! Less shine but clean interoperable MD filesβ¦
will give it a shot (again) π
Well thought-out post.
Reminds me of an old English teacher who talked about the βhide and seekβ principle.
Itβs not a good idea to go to the first place you think to hide, because thatβs the first place people will go to try to find you.
He always encouraged thinking of an idea that, conceptually, was as far away from your first idea as possible to break you out of that frame of mind.
Definitely helpful to get βadversarialβ feedback, whether from humans or a model!
awesome example :) the first hiding spot is the comfortable one, the easy one. It's also where all the generic ideas live!
