Okay, so I just started a conversation with Sparring Ring and I have to say that I'm not sure I like all of this pushback! "You're solving the wrong problem", "Saying all three is evasive" "This is where your idea breaks and you need to know why".

Where is old "You are so right!", "I should listen to what you are saying", "That is a great idea!" Claude?

I'm so impressed that you can generate these three different personages with the same AI.

Okay so you DO like it overall haha! I love all your reactions. The sparring one is my least favorite one, so I played around with it waaaay too much trying to make it not push back too much but still be a sparring partner, you know? It's super hard to fall into the trap of "it disagrees to the point it's not useful anymore". The other 2 are FUN!

Thank you! :)

I got 3 green checkboxes, a Good Call, and a "You've got a solid foundation to start building"!!! This was a tough design/architecture session but what I have is actually way better than what I initially envisioned!

AWESOME! ā¤ļø

"I think you're still lying to yourself about what you want"

"Here's what I think you actually want"

Jean Duteau's avatar

Okay. This might be going too far: Wait. Stop.

You just made a huge leap and I don’t think you’ve thought through what it costs you.

: you want Option A but you’re romanced by the idea of Option B.

Can I just go back to it doing what I want it to?

But seriously this is amazing. It is making me think through what I’m asking for and realizing I don’t really want that!

As someone who spends a lot of time making AI teams productive, I read this with one eye twitching hahahaha

Because the entire infrastructure of how most organizations use AI is in extraction mode.

Summarize this. Draft that. Faster, cleaner, more efficient. So exhausting.

In my experience the best ideas I've seen come from people who were exploring something that wasn't on the roadmap and accidentally found the thing that should have been.

Value 10/10

Bahahahah, eye twitching 🤣 accurate!! Thank you Neela ā¤ļø

Ohh I miss those times where I read and let the content take over my mind. I think that in a business of writing and building we have subconsciously trained our minds to read, seek, execute and repeat.

The three parallels offer a fun getaway to read and feel. Thanks Mia for sharing the three plays and making me realise that my own AI-riddled mind is fighting among these three personalities! āœØšŸ˜‚

So well said Raghav! It's why I deliberately choose to hate on business-related books 🤣

Thank you for reading (and playing) ✨

Hahah I'm guilty of consuming business-related books šŸ¤“

Mia Kiraki šŸŽ's avatar

oh noooo Raghav, we need to do something about this 🤣

Oh I love this, Mia! This is more than a strategy for using AIs. It also reminds us of our natural states for workflows. I’ve only recently started to give myself permission to step into boxes and play where the rules don’t apply. I’m transformed!

Mia Kiraki šŸŽ's avatar

Barbara! Thank YOU ā¤ļøWe all need more play in our lives ESPECIALLY when it comes to AI and tech :) gotta stop taking ourselves so seriously, right? :)

Glad you stopped by this little corner! ✨

THANK YOU! You’re generously giving valuable information at the same time modeling how to succeed at monetizing a Substack. Thank you so much! I loved the introduction to you part way through! - Jen šŸ¤—šŸ™Œ

Wow Jen, this is such a nice comment, thank you so much! :) I appreciate it! ā¤ļø

Love these parallels (see what I did there?).

Very compelling.

And a tiny but seismic shift. šŸ”„āœØ

Ooooooh I see it šŸ˜… thank you Zoe! ā¤ļøšŸ¤–

Parallel play is one of my favourite developmental stages in little people actually, it’s very formative.

I’m wondering about an adult equivalent and it’s probably classes. Like yoga, Pilates, the gym, and tinkering like mechanics or woodworking, pottery or art classes.

Mia Kiraki šŸŽ's avatar

Definitely classes! Also, puzzles, leggos, etc :) I feel like these are on the same level, if not better, right?

Zoe Zephyr's avatar

Puzzles are my love language. And I adore the collaborative element (group holiday house vibes).

I’m thinking about the learning alongside one another. Being at different stages but still learning nonetheless.

Dying in a weights class (alongside each other). šŸ‹šŸæā€ā™‚ļø

There's something fascinating about a child's mind resulting in the ways they play. Makes the saying "all work (insert extraction) and no play makes jack s dull boy" takes a whole new meaning. Now you can't stop me from creating these play projects and having a field day.
